Join Deanna Rowe, our National Board-Certified Health Coach and Certified Yoga Instructor, for a 4-week Community Workship to better understand how to turn your stress into success.

This workshop will help you:

- Gain a deeper understanding of the physical effects and chronic conditions associated with stress

- Learn about nutritional and supplement recommendations for mood support 

- Develop and action a personalized approach for tackling stressful situations

- Learn practices to strengthen and calm your vagus nerve


Course includes:

- One 45-minute personal coaching session

- Four in-person community classes

- Resource Guide


Community Classes will be held on Wednesdays from April 10th - May 1st from 5:30-6:30pm.
