Metagenics D3 5000™ features 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3—the easiest form of supplemental vitamin D for your body to absorb. It comes in easy-to-swallow softgels, and our vitamin D is solubilized in oil to support absorption in the intestinal tract.

Other Ingredients: Safflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, and water.
This product is non-GMO and gluten-free.
Directions: Take one softgel daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
