Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) Flower 5.5:1 Extract 60 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root Extract 30 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) Cone 7.5:1 Extract 60 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) Leaf 5:1 Extract 150 mg 

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, and coating (water, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides , and hydroxyproylcellulose). 

This product is Gluten Free and Vegetarian.

Formulated to exclude: Wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, colors, artificial sweeteners.
