In January 2022, The Christ Hospital Health Network purchased AIM for Wellbeing as part of its strategy to enter the Transformational Medicine™ space. Four years later, a group of investors, including our founder, Dr. Steve Amoils, MD, bought back two-thirds of the business while retaining AIM for Wellbeing’s membership in The Christ Hospital Health Network and all the advantages that brings to our patients.
This partnership creates continuity of care and a bridge between Transformational Medicine™ at AIM for Wellbeing and acute care at The Christ Hospital. Instead of looking at your care solely through the lens of your journey at AIM for Wellbeing or as a patient receiving more urgent care at The Christ Hospital, we view all your care as part of the same experience. When AIM for Wellbeing refers you to The Christ Hospital, you can rest assured that your hospital specialists are aware of the care you are receiving with us.
