AIM for a Heart Healthy Diet

Join AIM Registered Dietitian Katherine Mattox for her unique nutrition education program designed to support women’s heart health. In this 6-week class series, each week will highlight different anti-inflammatory heart healthy foods foundational to include for disease prevention.

Many conditions increase a woman’s risk of developing heart and vascular disease. This program provides nutritional strategies and suggested dietary modifications aimed to address the leading causes of heart disease, including insulin resistance and microbiome imbalance.

Credited with transforming the way patients think about their daily food choices, Katherine’s class will provide resources to help participants make clear decisions about how to use delicious and nourishing foods as medicine. These tools include insightful group discussions, up-to-date research, meal plans, recipes, grocery shopping, and meal planning resources.
